Fascias can be regarded as the body’s inner skin which cover and connect everything inside the body and also influence the body’s shape. It is nowadays also regarded as an additional sensory organ.
Due to our everyday life – may it be working in the office or doing heavy work – our body (and its muscles and facias) adapt to these everyday life postures. To get release and to reform especially the fascias with the aim to improve your general posture, training for fascias is one way to get there.
