3 ½ cups of finely grounded almonds
1 cup of coconut flour
4 tablespoons of honey
¼ cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cinamon
5 tablespoons of coconut virgin coconut oil
Mix all ingredients except the coconut oil until you get a fluffy dough. Then stir in the conconut oil by using a dough hook (or alternatively your hands – but use some additional coconut flour so that the dough does not stick too thick on your fingers). Work your way through the dough and coconut oil until pea-sized oil pieces are still seen.
Then form bun-like balls and place them on baking paper (you receive about 8 buns from the quantity mentioned).
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C and enjoy the buns for your breakfast.
